GreenCode accreditation is as much about consumers as it is about the organisations we support.

Recent years have seen a huge shift in consumer behaviour, with people increasingly looking to source their products and services from environmentally conscious organisations.

GreenCode gives consumers a quick and easy way to determine the environmental credentials of any company, as we continue to support organisations on their sustainability journey.

To provide background on a specific organisation, or choice within a particular industry, you can search for an accredited company or service to discover their strengths and areas for improvement – transparency brings credibility, and we believe that any organisations that ‘Join the Journey’ deserve support from GreenCode and consumers alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does GreenCode accreditation mean?
If you see any company using the GC Mark, it informs you that they are doing enough (and pledge to do even more) to gain a ‘pass’ from our Standards.
What kinds of organisations do you support?
We work on a global scale, across all industries. Simply put, any organisation that prioritises sustainability will receive our ongoing support, and we will work with them to give them the best opportunity of passing Accreditation.
Can I provide feedback on a particular company?
Yes, good or bad. You’ll find details on how to do this at the bottom of this page. Transparency and credibility is central to our mission, so it’s important that we hear from consumers.
How often are organisations audited?
Every 12 months. Not reaching the GreenCode standards will result in the removal of rights to use the GC Mark.
